Welcome to Proud Painters of Pinellas, LLC (“PPP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, including its information, contact forms, estimate request forms and links to third-party services.
By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
These terms govern website use only. Painting projects are subject to the terms of any separate written estimate, proposal or service agreement accepted by the customer and PPP.

Our website provides general information about our painting services, service areas, financing options and methods for contacting our business.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, availability, pricing information and other website content may change without prior notice.
Information published on our website does not constitute a binding offer to perform painting services.
3. Estimate Requests
Our website allows visitors to request painting estimates through an online form provided by Cognito Forms.
When submitting an estimate request, you agree to provide accurate contact information, project details and other information reasonably necessary for us to evaluate your request.
Submitting an estimate request does not guarantee an appointment, confirm project availability or establish a service agreement.
Estimates may require additional information, photographs, measurements or an on-site assessment. Final pricing, project scope, scheduling and payment arrangements will be confirmed separately by PPP.
4. Customer-Submitted Information and Photographs
You may submit project descriptions, photographs and other materials to help us evaluate your painting needs.
By submitting materials, you confirm that you have the right or appropriate permission to provide them to PPP. You agree not to submit unlawful material or information that infringes another person's rights.
You retain ownership of your submitted photographs and other original materials. You grant PPP permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to review your inquiry, prepare an estimate, plan or perform requested services and maintain relevant project records.
Submitting project photographs does not authorize PPP to publish them for advertising. We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable customer or property photographs for promotional purposes.
Our collection, use and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Painting Services and Project Agreements
Descriptions of painting services on our website are provided for general informational purposes.
The specific scope of work, materials, preparation, pricing, deposits, payment arrangements, scheduling, changes and any applicable warranties for a painting project will be established in the customer's separate written estimate, proposal or service agreement.
If these website Terms & Conditions conflict with an executed project agreement concerning the painting services covered by that agreement, the project agreement will govern those services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Financing Information
Our website may provide information about financing options and links to Acorn Finance.
Acorn Finance is an independent third-party financing platform that connects consumers with participating lenders. PPP does not make lending decisions or guarantee financing approval, loan amounts, interest rates or other financing terms.
Any financing inquiry or application submitted through Acorn Finance is subject to its own terms, privacy policy and the requirements of participating lenders.
Financing availability does not constitute acceptance of a painting estimate or confirmation of a scheduled project.

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, graphics, photographs, logos, branding and other materials published on this website belong to PPP or are used with permission from their respective owners.
You may view and use website content for personal, noncommercial purposes, including researching our services and requesting an estimate.

PPP's name, logo and branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement.
